- All local pickup orders are to be placed online.

- If a size or item is not on the site, it is sold out and no longer available.

- You will receive a "ready for pickup" email when your order is ready.

You may come pickup your order after you have received a “Ready For Pickup” email.

- All pickup orders must be signed for. Only the person name on the order can pickup their order.
If you’re unable to pickup within the time frame, please reach out to us, there are shipping options available.
Be sure to click "local pickup" at checkout. If you choose "shipping", you may still pickup your order as long as you contact us and a shipping label has not been created. Best form of contact is email.
Flagged Orders ( Possible fraudulent order)
If Shopify flags your order, it will be canceled immediately and you will receive a refund. It will take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
You will then receive a email and you are welcome to place your order again with the correct matching information.
