Local Pickup Info

 

Local Pickup Policy


  • All pickup orders must be placed online.
  • Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
  • If a size or item is not shown on the site, it is sold out.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
  • Wait for the “Ready for Pickup” email before coming to collect your order.
  • The pickup location is the physical address in your “pickup email”.
  • Do not arrive before receiving the “Ready for Pickup” email/SMS—your order will not be ready.

When You Arrive ( Local Pickup Instructions):
  • Ring doorbell upon arrival
  • Provide your name and I.D. to someone at the door.
  • You may send a text message to (251) 404-4949 when in route.
  • All pickup orders must be signed for. Only the person name on the order can pickup their order.

Pickup Deadline:

Pickup Order Policy (Effective August 11, 2025)

After placing a pickup order, you have 7 business days to collect your items. If your order is not picked up within this time frame, we will contact you to offer the option to have it shipped.

If we do not receive a response within 3 days of contacting you, your order will automatically be converted into store credit for the full order total.

Store credit will be valid for 2 months from the date it is issued.

Please note: No refunds will be given for store credit issued.

If you’re unable to pickup within the time frame, please reach out to us, there are shipping options available. 

When checking out, please be sure to select “Local Pickup.”

If you select “Shipping” by mistake, you may still pick up your order as long as you contact us before a shipping label is created. The best way to reach us is by email.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable if the wrong option is chosen at checkout.

Flagged Orders ( Possible fraudulent order)

If Shopify flags your order, it will be canceled immediately and you will receive a refund. It may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

You will then receive a email and you are welcome to place your order again with the correct matching information.

Please ensure your billing and shipping address match and the registered address to your payment method match.

Further detailed, the card used street,zip, and country should match the registered card’s address. Also, the CVV should match and be inputted correctly.

Shipping Policy
Processing time: 1-3 Business days 
Shipping time: 3-5 Business days 
There are express shipping options available at checkout. 

Please ensure billing and shipping address match for no delays when processing your order. 

Business Days include Monday-Friday and excludes weekends and holidays.

Once the package is with USPS/UPS/FedEx it is out of our control. 
Please be sure to enter the correct address and contact information when placing an order.

Return Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.
  • If there is an issue with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • All sale items are final sale.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales on intimates and swimwear are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or greater value within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Additional Terms

  • Any approved returns outside of standard policy are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

PREORDER INFORMATION:

Preordering secures your size and guarantees your item before it arrives in stock.

Time Frame:

  • Production: 15 days
  • Shipping to us: 5 days

By placing a preorder, you agree to wait the full production and shipping period. If any delays occur, HAUS OF RÊVE will notify you by email.
