Please ensure billing and shipping address match for no delays when processing your order.
Once the package is with USPS/UPS/FedEx it is out of our control.

Return Policy
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.
- If there is an issue with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- All sale items are final sale.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales on intimates and swimwear are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or greater value within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Additional Terms
- Any approved returns outside of standard policy are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Flagged Orders ( Possible fraudulent order)
If Shopify flags your order, it will be canceled immediately and you will receive a refund. It will take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
You will then receive a email and you are welcome to place your order again with the correct matching information.
Please ensure your billing and shipping address match and the registered address to your payment method match.
Further detailed, the card used street,zip, and country should match the registered card’s address. Also, the CVV should match and be inputted correctly.
