- There are NO REFUNDS/RETURNS.
- If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges of equal or greater price are welcomed.
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

Flagged Orders ( Possible fraudulent order)
If Shopify flags your order, it will be canceled immediately and you will receive a refund. It will take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
You will then receive a email and you are welcome to place your order again with the correct matching information.
Please ensure your billing and shipping address match and the registered address to your payment method match.
Further detailed, the card used street,zip, and country should match the registered card’s address. Also, the CVV should match and be inputted correctly.
