Local Pickup Policy


  • All pickup orders must be placed online.
  • Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
  • If a size or item is not shown on the site, it is sold out.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
  • Wait for the “Ready for Pickup” email before coming to collect your order.
  • Do not arrive before receiving the “Ready for Pickup” email/SMS—your order will not be ready.



Local Pickup Days & Times (Hours that you may pickup your already placed order only):


Monday-Thursday: 4pm-6pm
Friday:1pm-6pm
Saturday:12pm-3pm
Sunday: Closed

When You Arrive ( Local Pickup Instructions):
  • Ring doorbell upon arrival
  • Provide your name and I.D. to someone at the door.
  • You may send a text message to 251-404-4949 when in route.
  • All pickup orders must be signed for. Only the person name on the order can pickup their order.

Pickup Deadline:

Pickup Order Policy (Effective August 11, 2025)

After placing a pickup order, you have 7 business days to collect your items. If your order is not picked up within this time frame, we will contact you to offer the option to have it shipped.

If we do not receive a response within 3 days of contacting you, your order will automatically be converted into store credit for the full order total.

Store credit will be valid for 2 months from the date it is issued.

Please note: No refunds will be given for store credit issued.

If you’re unable to pickup within the time frame, please reach out to us, there are shipping options available. 

When checking out, please be sure to select “Local Pickup.”

If you select “Shipping” by mistake, you may still pick up your order as long as you contact us before a shipping label is created. The best way to reach us is by email.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable if the wrong option is chosen at checkout.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS.
 
BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH.


Flagged Orders ( Possible fraudulent order)

If Shopify flags your order, it will be canceled immediately and you will receive a refund. It may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

You will then receive a email and you are welcome to place your order again with the correct matching information.

Please ensure your billing and shipping address match and the registered address to your payment method match.

Further detailed, the card used street,zip, and country should match the registered card’s address. Also, the CVV should match and be inputted correctly.
