Local Pickup

Local Pickup Policy
  • All local pickup orders are to be placed online.
  • You can choose this option at checkout.
  • All items listed on the site are available for pickup. 
  • If a size or item is not on the site, it is sold out and no longer available.
  • Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email.
  • You will receive a "ready for pickup" email when your order is ready. 
  • All details will be in the confirmation email.

You may come pickup your order after you have received a “Ready For Pickup” email.

If you haven’t received a "ready to pickup" email/sms, do not proceed to come get your order. It is not ready yet.
Local Pickup Days & Times (Hours that you may pickup your already placed order only):
Monday-Friday: 12pm-5pm​
Saturday:12pm-3pm
Hours are subject to change, if so, hours will be listed on our FB and Instagram page.

When You Arrive ( Local Pickup Instructions):
  • Ring doorbell
  • Provide your name and I.D. to someone at the door.
  • You may send a text message to 251-404-4949
  • All pickup orders must be signed for. Only the person name on the order can pickup their order.

If you want to locally pickup your order, be sure to click "local pickup" at checkout. If you choose "shipping", you may still pickup your order as long as you contact us by email and a shipping label has not been created.
You will not be refunded shipping cost if you select the wrong option.

 

Return & Exchange Policy
There are NO REFUNDS/RETURNS.
  • If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. 
  • Exchanges of equal or greater price are welcomed. 
  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging. 
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH.

Flagged Orders ( Possible fraudulent order)

If Shopify flags your order, it will be canceled immediately and you will receive a refund. It will take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

You will then receive a email and you are welcome to place your order again with the correct matching information.

Please ensure your billing and shipping address match and the registered address to your payment method match.

Further detailed, the card used street,zip, and country should match the registered card’s address. Also, the CVV should match and be inputted correctly.
