- If there is an issue with your order ( damaged or defective items) please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges of equal or greater price are welcomed.
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Flagged Orders ( Possible fraudulent order)
If Shopify flags your order, it will be canceled immediately and you will receive a refund. It will take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
You will then receive a email and you are welcome to place your order again with the correct matching information.
